Welcome to Sabor a Michoacan, where we bring the authentic flavors of Michoacan, Mexico to the heart of Oak Cliff, Dallas. Our family has been in the paleta industry for many decades, starting in Michoacan, Mexico, and making our way into the United States. We take pride in our heritage and the traditional recipes that have been passed down through generations.
Our Story
Sabor a Michoacan was founded in 2022 with the goal of bringing the flavors of Michoacan to the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas. After many years of operating paleterias in the Chicago area, it was time to start somewhere new. We started with a small shop and a dream, and over the years, we have grown into a beloved local spot for homemade Mexican-style ice cream and paletas.
